For Nigerian private schools

Every parent hears from you directly.

Fees across every category, chased on your own schedule. Results, attendance and accounts in one place. And a message to each parent individually — never a broadcast group where everybody sees everybody’s business.

Grace Heritage Academy
Good morning Mrs. Nwosu.

Fees for Chidera Nwosu are still outstanding:

• School Fees — Second Term: ₦185,000
• Bus Transport (Ikeja route): ₦27,000

Total: ₦212,000
This was due 12 June, 49 days ago.

Please pay here: pay.schoolledger.ng/g4h2k

If you have already paid, kindly send the receipt to the bursary.9:00 AM

Itemised, so a parent who has paid tuition but owes for the bus knows which is which. The balance is worked out at the moment of sending — pay overnight and the reminder never goes.

What it handles

Fees, every kind

Tuition, hostel, transport, books, uniform, excursions — each invoiced separately with a plain-language label, so a parent owing for the bus is chased for the bus.

Money in, seen clearly

Card, transfer and USSD through Paystack. Parents who transfer straight to the school account and send a screenshot are handled too — the bursar records it and the receipt stays attached.

Two registers, kept apart

The class register notifies parents at the end of the day. The subject register doesn’t — it exists to catch a child who is in school but skipping one lesson.

Results as your school marks them

CA1, CA2 and the mid-term exam out of 50, proportioned to 30, then CA3 and a 60-mark exam. Mid-term and terminal report cards, session and cycle cumulatives.

Accounts that explain themselves

Not just a profit figure — what moved it. “Repairs has risen three terms running; generator call-outs are ₦880,000 of it.”

Several branches, one view

Every branch on the same scale so they read against each other, with one subscription invoice rather than three.

Built for how Nigerian schools actually run — term dates and public holidays excluded from attendance, part-payments across a term, transfers that arrive from an uncle rather than the registered parent.
